MANGO Fever



We did some desserts for a catering event this week.
MANGO was the theme of the evening--one of my most favorite things--So we had fun making cubes of Orange-Vanilla Creme Brulee with Mango Coulis and
Dark Chocolate Truffles
with a Mango Cream Filling topped with bits of dried Mango and Curry powder.

Mango is a fabulous ingredient. I'd like to see this as the star in an Iron Chef battle.
