Some days there's just nothing better.
Being a new "Brooklyn-ite" (with a cake business at that), I decided I should get out and begin to explore this amazing borough and all it has to offer.
So I set out the other morning and visited 5 or 6 bakeries to see what kind of cake is being baked up around here.

(The picture of the chocolate cake is just to hopefully make you want to come back! This is my chocolate cake, which, I might add--with no biased opinion--is still my favorite of all other chocolate cakes I've tried. It is filled with Gianduja Buttercream and covered in pink fondant.)

Totally unbiased! It's my favorite chocolate cake, too!!! You'll never taste a better one anywhere! Cara is definitely the best chocolate cake baker (and prettiest!)
