Cake Decorating 101

We had a Cake Class last night - for all who couldn't make it, you missed out!!! There were originally 6 people registered but 3 cancelled last minute. But we still had a great time (even though the guys had to wear pink aprons!) I had tan aprons ordered but they didn't make it in time. Sorry Steven and Joey!


We have lots of classes coming up, so if you're in the area...COME JOIN US!!! We have them in midtown Manhattan and also in Brooklyn. Hope to see you there soon!

I made this cake this past weekend for a 1 year old's birthday. Everything was cake...even the cookies! It was Red Velvet cake with Cream Cheese filling
